The Parent Placement Form is available for families of students currently in Kindergarten through Grade 4 and will be used to inform classroom placements for the 2026–2027 school year. Parents are encouraged to share specific information about their child’s learning style, needs, and interests; however, requests for individual teachers will not be considered. Responses will be reviewed by your child’s current educational team as part of a thoughtful, collaborative process aimed at creating balanced and effective classroom groupings for all students.
