2026 Schedule

All athletes interested in playing in the 2026 season should attend tryouts on April 1 & 2 from 3:00–4:15 PM at Spaulding Field. No experience is needed—come meet former players, play some ultimate frisbee, and enjoy the fresh air!

Tryout Expectations -
During tryouts, Coach Greenwood will be observing players' abilities and documenting them to assess individuals and help guide team placement decisions. This will include: attitude, sportsmanship, leadership, team camaraderie, athletic ability, and ultimate frisbee–specific skills.

Tryouts will largely consist of playing ultimate frisbee, where Coach Greenwood can observe the above abilities. Additionally, there will be short individual assessments to help gauge individuals in specific areas. In the past, we've challenged athletes' abilities by timing them during an agility drill. Coach Greenwood will also throw with each individual athlete (focusing on newer players) and look for key skills when throwing: grip, spin, and angle of release.

Please keep in mind tryouts are unfortunately not a “teaching” time, and Coach Greenwood will be assessing individuals during this time. All players are welcome to join tryouts. Showing up is a good sign of your level of commitment to the team and program.
