Dear Parents/Guardians and Student Athletes,
Interscholastic sports of various levels are offered to all middle school athletes - Grades 5th -8th.
Fall:
- Cross Country
- Soccer
- Field Hockey
Winter:
- Basketball
Spring:
- Baseball
- Softball
- Volleyball
- Ultimate Frisbee
Requirement for Participation:
Physicals
We must have a current (within 13 months) physical on file with the School Nurse before the first day of tryouts or practice.
All students trying out/participating in an athletic activity must complete the athletic online registration before the first day of tryouts/participation.
Head Injury Training
Given the new laws about head injuries, all families will need to complete an online training session. (see details in packet).
Participation Fees
Fee for Athletics is $225.00. This fee must be returned to the coach before an athlete receives a uniform and/or participates. Please check out to the Town of Carlisle. You may submit a written request for a scholarship to the Middle School Principal.
