Local Grocery and Medication Delivery/Curbside Pick-Up ResourcesCCHS Food Pick-up. Concord Carlisle High School. 500 Walden Street, Concord.
Our friends at CCHS Food Services continue to make takeaway breakfast and lunch available to anyone in the Concord and Carlisle communities who may need it. They are asking that families arrive between 8:30 and 11 AM and line up in their cars. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE BUILDING. An attendant will ask you to pop your trunk or rear door and will place a bag in your vehicle and if needed close the door once placed inside. They are sharing kid-friendly meals and are updating information via the Concord Public Schools website and twitter @CPS_CCHSFOOD and @CPS_CCHS. They are unable to accept food donations but fiscal donations are welcome. They ask that checks be sent to CPS/CCRSD Food Service, 120 Meriam Road, Concord, MA 01742.
They also ask that you answer this anonymous survey so they know how many meals to prepare.
