New Student Registration
Instructions for registering your child(ren) using PowerSchool Registration:
Step 1: Print and complete the Student Record Release form so the Carlisle Public Schools can request records from the previous school.
Step 2: Complete the New Student Registration 2021-2022 below (you will be asked to create an account).
Step 3: Call the Registrar (978-402-8660) or send an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to make arrangements to submit the following three (3) required registration documents:
- A copy of your child(ren)’s birth certificate
- A copy of your child(ren)’s latest physical/immunization record
- Proof of residency (a copy of a utility bill, tax bill, mortgage statement, rental agreement or purchase, and sale agreement)
Please print and complete the above Student Records Release to have your child(ren)’s school file transferred to the Carlisle Public Schools.
