New Student Registration
Instructions for registering your child(ren) using PowerSchool Registration:
Step 1: Print and complete the Student Record Release form so the Carlisle Public Schools can request records from the previous school.
Step 2: Complete the New Student Registration below (you will be asked to create an account).
Step 3: Schedule an appointment with the Registrar by calling (978-402-8660) or emailing email@example.com. Please bring copies of the three (3) required registration documents to the appointment:
- A copy of your child(ren)’s birth certificate
- A copy of your child(ren)’s latest physical/immunization record
- Proof of residency (a copy of a utility bill, tax bill, mortgage statement, rental agreement or purchase, and sale agreement)
Please print and complete the above Student Records Release to have your child(ren)’s school file transferred to the Carlisle Public Schools.
